the hotel is lovely welcoming and picturesque, nestled in a pretty building with mountain views. i have stayed in the deluxe queen room with a safe box, central heating, and a work desk.

Nothing it was perfect.

the young lad at reception was very helpful and friendly. Had a power cut in evening but staff had a laugh with us and managed to produce a meal.

Great location! 🏞️ It's in a lovely spot near the train station, right in the heart of town, and close to the beautiful mountains. It's super peaceful and beautiful here.

Very nice family hotel. Home atmosphere. Breakfast not big, but enough: some fruits, eggs, cheese, sausage, pate, musli, jams, cake, salade + tea, coffee or hot chocolade. I think it's possible to make hot Cereals if ask. Our room was quite small, but we use it only for the night. Besides there were families with children so i guess they have different rooms capacity. Our room (and all others) had a balcony with chairs + great mountain view.

Quite small bed, it was around 1,80 long (though our neighbour was 2 meters long and looked fresh each morning- different bed sizes?) Narrow blankets, but after 2 days it was fine.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel in Kitzbuhel. the value for money was exceptional. The prices were very reasonable, especially considering the high quality of the food served at breakfast. Speaking of breakfast, it was a four-course spread that left me feeling satisfied and ready for the day. The staff were also very attentive and provided excellent service throughout my stay. The rooms were spacious and offered stunning views of the surroundings. The beds were incredibly comfortable, ensuring a restful night's sleep.
